RESA LAW had been signed by Pres. Arroyo last July 2009, Last year MANDARA WATERFRONT RESIDECNES – LANDMARK COMMUNITIES INC., had accredited us as LICESNSE BROKER to promote their pre selling project, we work hard to introduce and announce to the world their projects even with out HLURB LIC. Then all of the sudden after almost a year they hired INHOUSE UNLICENSE or COLORUM AGENTS even the present of RESA LAW and we are treated us as a 2nd CLASS CITIZEN, We are REAL ESTATE LICENSE BROKER-REALTORS and with the RESA LAW I think we don’t deserve this treatment, Their colorum inhouse agents had touch our own clients unethically, we can’t complain to them coz they prioritize their colorum agents and they will never listen to our complain. RESA LAW must be applied to all and they are not excemted!…One of their staff told us before that they will totally remove OR make REAL ESTATE LICENSE BROKER as a support only to their COLORUM INHOUSE AGENTS!….
We had a bad experience last August 29, 2009 during their SELLERS EVENTS coz they treat us like a stupid brokers! Without honoring our LICENSE!!!!
Therefore to all REAL ESTATE INVESTORS and Clients don’t transact with the INHOUSE UNLICENSE COLORUM AGENTS OF MANDARA WATERFRONT RESIDECNES. Please deal only with REAL ESTATE LICENSE BROKER OR REALTORS FOR YOUR PROTECTION….
I hope PRC or our government will implement this law upon the completion of implementing guidelines to give us justice specially in MANDARA WATERFRONT RESIDECNES PROJECT!!!!!! WE WANT JUSTICE TO OUR PROFESSION as a LIC. BROKER! .
Fellow REAL ESTATE BROKERS pls. help us GAIN justice in our profession and eradicate INHOUSE COLORUM UNLICENSE AGENTS in MANDARA WATERFRONT RESIDENCES since Real Estate Service Act is now a LAW…… Though MANDARA WATERFRONT RESIDENCES Ignored RESA LAW coz they never show any move to comply with this law! We Want JUSTICE as a LICENSE BROKER !
