Gadgets used during voter’s registration

It was only recently that I was able to register for the coming 2010 elections. I saw the gadgets being used during Voters Registration inside the Comelec office. There’s a Desktop computer, a Laptop, and a printer. You also have the camera, to take the registrant’s picture. Plus other capturing devices such as biometrics finger [...] ...
