We accompanied my Dad to the airport last Monday night, he will be leaving the country again to work as a site engineer in a dredging company. Later that evening we found him back in our house.
Along with him were 20 more Overseas Filipino Workers asked by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration to go home for simply not having their so-called E-card.
This E-card is some sort of a project by the POEA to ensure the safety…
