Hindi biro ang usapan na kung saan mula sa limang kababaihang nagbubuntis ay dalawa dito ay namamatay dahil hindi nila nakakaya ang hirap ng panganganak dahil sa mga ilang bagay tulad ng maagang pagdadalang tao, kakulangan sa mga gamot at vitamins na kinakailangan sa pagbubuntis kasama na ang check up dahil sa kakulangan ng pera at kahirapan at mismong mahinang pangangatawan.Ang House Bill No. 5043 o Reproductive Health and Population Development Act of 2008 na ihinain nila Reps.
