we were supposed to be on the bus from Manila to Laoag at around 11:00pm but ended up riding the 4:00am bus. it was Friday night on a long weekend and a crowd of people were all there eagerly waiting for their tickets.we spent the night chatting waiting and hoping that the earliest bus from Laoag arrives. the bus left at around 4:20am and so we were still hopeful that we will arrive mid afternoon in Ilocos Norte. but not when we learned that our bus needs repair and so we have to change to another...
