It is utterly shocking to know that in this day and age, women are banned from wearing trousers in Sudan. In Egypt some women resort to the use of fake hymen to “restore” their virginity before marriage so their future husbands don’t divorce them. The revirgination is also a way to prevent their very own family from performing the much feared “honor killing” on them. The Egyptian government proposes to ban the product and vows to punish those who import and sell them...
