First announced in January this year, Olympus has brought their new flagship compact digital camera to the Philippines — the ruggedized Olympus Mju TOUGH-8000. Just like the previous models of the Olymus Mju series, the Touch-8000 is waterproof, shock proof, dust proof and freeze proof. 12.7 Megapixels ISO 64-1600 1/2000s to 4 secs shutter speed 3.6x optical zoom F3.5 – F5.1 aperture range It can also record video with sound at VGA resolution (640×480 pixels).
