Haribon Foundation is celebrating its 37th anniversary this year and will hold  ”The Million Hectare Walk 2009 … raising funds to restore Philippine Rainforests”. The event aims to raise awareness on the importance of rainforests and the need to plant native tree species to restore the natural forests’ ecological services including its impact to mitigate global warming. This activity is a means to raise funds for our rainforestation initiatives and other projects in biodiversity...
