REFEREE Kenny Bayless is fast becoming a fixture in Manny Pacquiao fights. The top rated ring official will be there once again when the Filipino boxing champion takes on Miguel Cotto on Nov. 14 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The Nevada State Athletic Commission announced over the weekend the selection of Bayless as the third man in the ring for the Pacquiao-Cotto title duel for the World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight belt.
