Britney Spears and photographer settle lawsuit

Britney Spears and a photographer have settled a lawsuit according to the records filed on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
It was in May 2009 that Ricardo Mendoza sued the pop star for the incident that happened last October 2007 when Spears ran over Mendoza’s foot with her car outside Beverly Hills medical building. The paparazzo accused Spears of assault and battery.
The settlement paperworks that were filed do not disclose the terms of agreement between the two parties.
