That’s the premise of Quotable Cat, a hopefully hot girl on Twitter who apparently spews phrases that will make sailors blush. The description/mission: My name is Peter. Cat, our cute officemate, says the darndest things. We’re sharing them with you here. If she gets 1000 followers, We’ll post her bikini pics.
