After the shock from Ondoy and Pepeng, Everyone is now ready to place blame on the government for what happened. Bills, laws and what-nots are now being dug up so people can find some one to blame for what happened. A politician suggested that every mayor and barangay chairman who didn’t follow the waste segregation act are responsible for the floods in their respective districts.
