Round 2 For Erap?

Last night, Erap announced his intention to run for president in 2010. My oh my. There are a lot of things to say, but where do I  start? His proclamation was held in Tondo, Manila, in front of Sto. Niño Church. With all the cases hurled towards Estrada and his family, you’d think he wouldn’t attempt on running anymore. At least that’s what I thought.
