They were the defending champion. It was their first time to join last year and instantly won the Championship trophy. That’s why a lot of other competing groups consider Brgy Mandalagan as the group to beat.
And so last October 17 and 18 they performed at the streets and at the Bacolod City Plaza, with so many people cheering for them.
