Beef Mami

Beef Mami is a type of Beef Noodle soup that is of Chinese origin. This is basically composed of tender beef brisket and egg noodles in hot beef stock. A typical meryenda or mid-afternoon snack (sometimes eaten as breakfast), this delightful soup is best when eaten with Siopao.
This recipe depicts the traditional Filipino version of the Beef Mami. If you wan’t the taste to be somewhat oriental, you may a little soy sauce and sugar (just like the Beef pares).
