Beef Mami

Beef Mami is a type of Beef Noodle soup that is of Chinese origin. This is basically composed of tender beef brisket and egg noodles in hot beef stock. A typical meryenda or mid-afternoon snack (sometimes eaten as breakfast), this delightful soup is best when eaten with Siopao. This recipe depicts the traditional Filipino version of the Beef Mami.
