Dozens killed in twin Baghdad car bombings

Two large explosions rocked central Baghdad Sunday morning killing dozens of people. Early casualty figures were unclear, but CNN, citing Iraqi officials, initially reported at least 74 dead and as many as 265 injured. Those numbers are likely to climb. The twin car bombs hit the ministry of justice and a provincial government office near the Green Zone, causing severe damage.
