San Jose Mercury News: Police Beating Student Video

Police authorities repeatedly beat an unarmed university student with batons and a Taser gun. And everything was captured by a cellphone camera.Here is the video of the police beating student provided to the San Jose Mercury News.The grainy video appears to show at least one baton strike after the man is handcuffed. Police officials said they have opened a criminal probe. Tags: San Jose Mercury
