A 15-year-old girl was beaten and sexually abused by five men outside Richmond High School in California during her high school homecoming dance. Guess, what -- there were many other people present at that time who simply watched the crime and did not even report the incident to the authorities.Teams of detectives and school resource officers spent the rest of the weekend trying to track down
