yes. i am still an unregistestered voter.so russee and I went to QC Hall Comelec to enlist and become part of the phenomenon that is bound to happen come may 2010.then, the (un)expected happened. it was tuesday. it was 3 P.M. the sun was still high up. it was my only free time.and then, booom!massive amount of humanity lined up into crooked lines, intertwining with another line, criss-crossing through the road, snaking its way to the door that is labeled as "district 2", with only 1 dude doing all...
