Well of course she’s gonna use impeachment as a tool when she ends up in Congress. Isn’t impeachment precisely a Constitutional device to rein in the incumbent President? And so why should it be remarkable that – if she wins a Congressional seat – the new oppositionist Gloria Macapagal Arroyo should consider this tool available to her and her bloc as well?
Oh wait.
All this scenario building – not much of it really since everything being said is so painfully obvious...
