World’s Largest Cruise Ship: Five times bigger than Titanic

Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas is the largest passenger vessel ever built. This “floating resort” is five times larger than the Titanic, has seven neighborhoods, an ice rink, a golf course and a 750-seat outdoor amphitheater. The floating extravaganza raises about 20 stories high and was built at the tune of $1.5 billion. In an official handover ceremony, Oasis of the Seas was passed from yard to line on October 28, 2009, and the next day the ship left the yard en route to its Fort...
