Terrorist Detector?

A detector with finding terrorist being its primary target is being developed by British scientists. According to reports, this detector will use fear to detect them, how so?
The scientists say that when a person is scared, he/she releases a pheromone (scent signal) in his or her sweat. Given that, this detector will detect the pheromone and will be able to distinguish terrified individuals from those who are not.
This is a good and noble technology which could certainly help nations fight terrorism....
