MSN New Look: A major make-over

MSN.com, Microsoft's website, has its new look on Wednesday at the US time. Lots of changes were made, some part of the old stuff were removed and some boxes were added. As advised by Erik Jorgenson, corporate vice president for MSN, the new design aims to address customer or user's feedback and complaints.
