Create Multiple Windows Folders at Once

Last night, we are building several FTP directories for our 1000 service partners. The task requires us to create folder for each service partner (SP000, SP0001, SP0002....). It may be a simple job but a tedious one because Windows doesn't have a module that you can create multiple folders in a snap....
