If you are trying to convert your PSX games to PSP EBOOTS and you come up with this error “cannot open BASE.PBP”, all you have to do it to download the attached files here. 1. Extract the file and copy the 2 files (base.pbp and keys.bin). 2. Open your PSX2PSP folder and open the Files folder....
