Hornets fire Byron Scott, Jeff Bower to take over

Former Los Angeles Lakers guard Byron Scott was fired as coach of the New Orleans Hornets after the team’s disappointing 3-6 start. He was replaced by General Manager Jeff Bower. “I want to thank Byron for the hard work he has put in during his time with the Hornets,” said Hornets Owner George...
