Businessman Joey de Venecia III laments that the move to to lift Executive Order 839 seems to be Malacanang’s Christmas bonus for the oil firms at the expense of the people,
While Petron, for one, is reporting over P3 billion in profits, the lifting of EO 839 makes the hard times even harder...
