Whose Fault is it?

A few days ago, a mother was raped. The story goes like this: She was walking the street of Manila and planning to get a massage. A man told her, he can give her one but, he can’t do it on the sidewalk. She let the stranger take her to a cheap motel and was raped.
The society is full of dark streets...
