After winning the Best in Swismsuit award last Saturday, Philippine bet Sandra Seifert, who was a Bb. Pilipinas outcast, won Best in Evening Gown!
The Evening Gown finals was held last night, November 16, at the PAGCOR Grand Theater in Parañaque City where the host candidate disappointed 79 other beauties...
