Isinantabi ng Senado ang resolusyon na nagpapawalang-sala kay Senator Manny Villar sa ma-anomalyang kaso ng kalsada sa C-5 dahil sa hindi sumunod sa tamang proseso.
Ito talaga si Villar, mukhang mahilig sa shortcut at pailalim na operasyun.
Ngunit hindi opisyal ang resolusyun, nabuking ang mga senador...
