Bell peppers and pimientos

That’s a bell pepper in the photo below. The red one. There are rounder and larger varieties and the colors range from green to red to yellow. Some are even a mixture of green and red.
Bell peppers are fruits rather than vegetables although for culinary purposes, they are treated as vegetables....
