There is this big chika going viral about Noynoy’s absence on the 2nd round of the Isang Tanong Presidential Forum, which I believed started in MoTwister’s blog. The anti-Noynoy camp are feasting on a flurry of negative explanation. Here’s what Motwister wrote on his blog:
