Hooters.It's a restaurant I've seen in Hollywood movies, characterized by busty and bubbly blondes in tank tops and short shorts. Although I've been to the US many times in the past I've never really gotten around to going to Hooters.One night hubby, a friend, and I decided to pay Hooters over at Manila...
