Russian train derailment kills at least 25

Dozens of people were killed when a Russian express train carrying hundreds of passengers derailed between Moscow and St. Petersburg Friday evening.
Early casualty figures were unclear, but Ria Novosti, citing the Russian health minister, initially reported at least 25 dead and as many as 95 injured….
