Pang 2nd year ko na ito bilang VARSITY PLAYER sa BADMINTON ng Cainta Catholic College.Wala paring pinagbago madugo,mapawis na training ang pinagdadaanan ko 2weeks before ang PRISAA meet.10 rounds ng ikot sa buong quadrangle namin,2 sets ng warm up,sandamakmak na footwork.As in nakakapagod at sobrang...
