Philippines Removes Entire Police Department in Massacre Location

The entire police department of the province of Maguindanao was removed from their post to remove possibilities of impartiality as some members were linked to the massacre of 57 people, the country’s most brutal election-related crime.
All 1,107 cops were removed from the province’s police...
