Pangasinan gov’t backs out of case vs San Roque

DAGUPAN CITY – The Pangasinan government has backed out of its court battle with the operators of the San Roque Dam, which it blamed for the massive flooding in October that submerged 38 towns and cities as Tropical Depression “Pepeng” battered Northern Luzon.
