After a tight race, a mayor-elect has been declared for Atlanta. Former state senator Kasim Reed won with just almost 700 points over general elections top placer, councilwoman Mary Norwood. Reed took 50.4% of the total 84,383 votes casted or 42,348 votes. Norwood took 41,728 votes. Norwood said that...
