Globe Announces New Call Rates

Related to the new call charging scheme prescribed by the NTC, Globe sent me the following announcement this morning.
Globe Advisory: In compliance with NTC Circular 05-07-2009, Globe is pleased to offer our subscribers per second charging for voice calls within the Globe network for only 10 centavos...
