Globe Telecoms Announces New Call Rates

Globe Telecoms implements the new call rates as announced by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) Saturday. According to Inquirer.net, beginning Sunday (yesterday), the public will only have to pay for the time they actually use in making mobile phone calls.
The new scheme does not change...
