The City Government of Roxas and the Provincial Government of Capiz jointly hosted the annual Western Visayas Tourism Assembly 2009. Just like during the previous WVTA’s festivals representing the Provinces of Iloilo, Capiz, Aklan, Antique, Guimaras and the Chartered Cities of Iloilo and Bacolod...
