Weight Loss Again, Again, Again

I am really disappointed with myself. Because of lack of discipline, I haven’t reached the required weight goal that I am yearning for. I want to loose 8 lbs away, but instead of that desired 8 lbs, I even gained 2 lbs. Now I need to shed 10 lbs. Whew, tough goal. I have previously taken appetite...
