Democratic Representative Joe Baca of California has dropped his aim to award Tiger Woods the highest honors that congress can give to a civilian.
The golf player had been in an accident a few hours after Thanksgiving Day where he hit a tree and fire hydrant causing him a fine of $164 and a careless...
