Change Google Chrome Proxy Server Settings

If you change the proxy server settings of your Google Chrome, by default it also modify the Internet Explorer's proxy and vice versa. If you haven't notice this, you can try it for yourself and you will see that Chrome use the Internet Properties dialog to change the settings. This is a little frustrating...
