Ilocos Tour for the third time…

This is my third time to visit the provinces of Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte. But as always, I never get tired of explore this marvelous province. And everytime I go back to Ilocandia, there is always something new for me to discover. We left Manila Monday night on a shuttle. This is going to be...
