Seaweed Salad/Kinilaw na Guso

Kinilaw na guso or seaweed salad is one of the recipes my mother used to serve when there is an occassion. Cebuanos love this kind of dish matched with grilled stuff. The picture above was taken on my grandma's b-day. I'll admit, that was the first time I tried this dish and I loved its crunchiness....
