2 witnesses to reveal previous Ampatuan ‘atrocities’

MANILA – Two survivors of past atrocities allegedly carried out by the powerful Ampatuan warlords in Maguindanao have agreed to come out and talk about their ordeals, Commission on Human Rights chair Leila de Lima said on Tuesday.
