Alert level 4 raised as volcano seen to erupt in days

LEGAZPI CITY, Albay – The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology has raised the alert level on Mayon Volcano from three to four after it exhibited abrupt increase in seismicity, accompanied by rumbling sounds and other factors indicating a possible eruption in days.
