Laying the foundation

Earlier, Andal Ampatuan Jr., claimed that he was being haunted by ghosts, leading his jailers to allow him to sleep outside his cell.
Today, Ampatuan kept yawning and fidgeting and generally acting weird.
I may be just imagining things, but it does look like Ampatuan is laying the foundation for an insanity...
