Starting on Monday, December 21 muling magbubukas ang mga offices ng Commission on Election para sa Voter’s Registration Extension matapos pinaboran ng Supreme Court ang petisyon na ipinasa ni Kabataan Partylist Representative Raymond Palatino na i-declare na null and void ang Commission on Elections...
